Offerings may include hypnotherapy and hypnosis services; Soul Therapy services; personal-development programs and courses; private and group sessions; workshops and masterclasses; retreats and live experiences; digital resources and educational materials; assessments, questionnaires, and exercises; spiritual and personal-development practices and resources; and other related services and offerings. 

Specific services, programs, or experiences may be governed by additional agreements, informed-consent documents, waivers, payment terms, cancellation policies, or enrollment requirements. If a separate written agreement applicable to a particular purchased service or program conflicts with these general Terms, the specific agreement governing that service or program will control with respect to that service or program. 

EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONAL-DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through the Soul Therapy website, programs, events, resources, emails, videos, social media, masterclasses, workshops, and other content is intended for educational, informational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes. 

Soul Therapy LLC and Kristen Riehle, C.Ht. do not provide medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental illness through general website content or personal-development materials. Soul Therapy services and content are not intended to replace care from a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for determining whether a service, program, exercise, or resource is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriate professional medical or mental-health care when necessary. 

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS 

Personal-development and transformational outcomes vary from person to person. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless written permission states otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative commercial works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit protected Soul Therapy materials without prior written permission. Participation in a program or purchase of a resource does not transfer ownership of Soul Therapy intellectual property to you. 

BOOKINGS, REGISTRATIONS, AND PURCHASES 

Soul Therapy may allow you to schedule appointments, register for events, request resources, submit applications, or purchase services through our website or third-party platforms. You agree to provide accurate and current information when completing these transactions. Prices, availability, program details, promotional offers, and scheduling options may change from time to time. 

Certain services and programs require additional agreements before participation. Purchasing, registering, applying, or scheduling through the website does not eliminate any requirement to complete those additional documents. 

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS 

Purchases may be subject to separate payment terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, enrollment agreements, or other contractual terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement governs the applicable payment, cancellation, refund, scheduling, and participation terms. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before completing a purchase or enrollment.

Soul Therapy uses third-party platforms and service providers to support functions such as website hosting, scheduling, payments, customer relationship management, communications, video conferencing, online programs, forms, analytics, and business administration. Soul Therapy LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites and services. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

When you request information, register for an offering, purchase a service, schedule an appointment, subscribe to a resource, or otherwise interact with Soul Therapy, we may send communications related to that interaction. You may also voluntarily subscribe to newsletters, announcements, educational content, promotions, and other marketing communications. 

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. Transactional, administrative, appointment-related, program-related, or other service communications may still be sent when appropriate. 

SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS 

Soul Therapy LLC may offer SMS and text-message communications to individuals who voluntarily provide the applicable consent. Depending on the consent you provide and your relationship with Soul Therapy, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, requested information, registration and event information, service or program updates, customer-support communications, educational information, and, when separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages. 

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 

You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message from Soul Therapy LLC. After you send STOP, we may send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-out. If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through an available Soul Therapy opt-in method.
